I am honored to serve my first yoga therapy clients by appointment at DCompress Downtown. As an adjunct therapist-in-training, I support my clients with yogic techniques and perspectives to restore vitality in body, mind and spirit. The practices I suggest vary by client, and include breath work, functional movement, deep relaxation and lifestyle recommendations. Yoga therapy is designed to be accessible and specific to the client's prevailing health concerns and goals in life. The training I've received so far has prepared me to begin working in the following areas:

- One-to-one Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation for Individuals: Ideal for those seeking greater understanding of yoga and how to adapt the practice to serve one's individual needs. A series of private classes can prepare the client for group yoga classes, or for a satisfying home practice.
